What to Expect
Pre-Op Screening Call
You will receive a pre-op screening call from Kelley Russell
(512)696-2191. We will interview you prior to your procedure to discuss your health history, drug allergies, medications, and anesthesia experiences. This is mandatory to keep your appointment.
Day of Surgery
Arrival time is 90 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, a button up top, and socks. Please bring any medications your doctor has prescribed as well as an insurance card and photo I.D. A trusted friend or family member must pick you up from the surgery center. We will not allow ride share services to pick you up from the facility if a caretaker is not present. Please make the appropriate arrangements in advance.
After Surgery
After being safely monitored in recovery, you will be discharged from the facility. We will provide your caregiver with post operative instructions from your physician and go over prescribed medications from your doctor. Please be sure to schedule a postoperative appointment with your surgeon's office.
